Dwayne's life is a testament that keeping an open mind, having a strong worth ethic, desire, and commitment can change one's circumstances. He grew up in Freeport, Grand Bahamas, where his father, a man with multiple degrees worked long hours, and his mother built a successful traditional business from scratch. "I went off to study engineering at DeVry University in Kansas City, and after I got back into the work place, I quickly realized that a J-O-B wasn't made for me either," remembers Johnson.
The Network Marketing industry found him at age 19. His life took a monumental turn when his sister recommended a local barber shop in Kansas City, Missouri for him to get his hair trimmed. A consummate family man, Dwayne embarked on a journey that would make his family financially free and keep them close to his heart. His family's support has been very important to Dwayne. "I have always believed that hard work pays off, but this has been a dream come true. If you want to know how I did it; I live by two important principles. First, you must choose either money or excuses because you can't make them both at the same time. Second, scattered rays of light can fill a room, but a focused beam of light can cut through steel," he asserts.
Today Dwayne is focused on creating millionaires since becoming one at a young age. He has created "The Process and Blueprint" for success from his experience. Dwayne is convinced that most people simply never got the proper education about how to make money the right way, so his goal is to educate anyone willing to listen and be taught. "It's actually easier to get rich than it is to stay broke; staying broke takes commitment. You just need to learn the rules so you know how to play the game," states Dwayne.
